We’d love to have them join us for the weekend!

If Shaye needs to leave during the weekend that is fine. We have a
number of students who will need to miss part of the weekend for
school events.

I’m having to change the house for the 6th grade girls last minute,
but I think it will be Stacey and Evija Fox. They’re an awesome
couple and he was one of our original elders. I can confirm tomorrow
that they are for sure hosting 6th grade girls.

The 8th grade girls are staying at Scott and Joel Caldwell’s house.
They’re another fantastic couple who have 2 kids in our student
ministry.

For food, we are actually providing all means at Texas Baptist
Children’s Home where we will be meeting. I want to take that burden
off of host homes. I’m going to send your name to my wife and Sheri
Schultz who are coordinating all the food for the weekend. They should
contact you about helping out.

I’m attaching the schedule for the weekend so that you can see what
we’re doing. I think it’s going to be a great weekend for students!
